Hi, I have a USB-Interface (Oct. 04) which doesn't install in Windows Vista 64 bit (it is recognized as a USB Human Interface but doesn't work).

Is there any way to load a custom driver or a new firmware?

Thanks a lot

Hello, if your device has already the shape of an USB stick (older ones look different) and the axis are programmable with IntCon then you can return it and you will get a new device working with Windows Vista. If your USB-Interface is newer than Jul 2006 then you can do a software update by yourself but you have to use Windows XP for the updating process. If the device is newer than Jan 2007 an update can also be done running in Windows Vista.

Unfortunately it is older (wrapped in plastic and with USB cable coming out), I think I'll have to buy a new one! <!-- s:wink: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="" title="Wink" /><!-- s:wink: -->
The Futaba RC connection cable I have bought with the old one will work with the new RC USB-Interface II?

Thanks a lot!

Compare your connection cable with the transmitter cords listed in the online shop. It will work if they look the same.
